High-Efficient Sifting Machine (ZS-800)

The equipment is applicable to the grit classification of dry powder matrials in the pharmacy, chemical and foods industries.
Structure and performance:
The equipment is composed of vertical vibrating motor, seive chassis, series frame, sifting room and rubber vibrating bowt which are integrated with respective feature. It can be applied in single-layer or multi-layer structures. It is teatured as tight in structure, convenient in operation and maintenance, stable in operationl, low in noise, huge materials processing in capacity, small granularity and strong in adaptability.
Detail: DH series three-D Large Electric Vibrating Sieve industrial Sand Sifting Machine use upright motor as the source of vibration,equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor ,change circumstance to level,upright and incline movement,then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen.Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to the change the movement orbits of the surface screen.
1) High efficiency,refined design,duration,any powders and mucilage are suitable for using.
2) Easily replace the screeen,simple oprationand convenience washing.
3) Never jam the mesh with no power flying and filter size of the powder between 500 mesh or 0.028mm.
4) Discharge the impurity and coarse materials automobile and operates continuously.
5) Small volume,move easily.
6) The highest layers of the screen are about 5 layers.but 3 layers are suggested.
