It can pack 20 meshes to 100 meshes or bulk non-viscidity granular materials, such as CTC black tea, green broken tea, herbals into the bag. To achieve quantitative material cutting, cotton thread and adhesive labels, bag sealing, outer bag sealing, automatic counting and other functions of high-speed packing machines.This machine continuous steady speed can reach 110 bags/ min and it is taken to a series of anti-oil, anti-pollution measures. 3.Packing materials consumption:

Heat sealing Filter paper: single side heat-sealing ,16.5~20g/M2 and 125mm width.It is should be used in spools and produce 7500 teabags/kg
Envelope paper: should be white paper 70g/M2,one side smooth and the other side rough. It can produce 1300 bags/kg
cotton thread: The thread should be original cotton thread with 3 strands of No.16 (21/4 in English System) thread wound into cone. This thread should be knotless. The length of each spool is 4250 meters and can be produced 20000 bags at least.
Tag paper:The tag paper should be bleached paper for food industry specially, 70 g/m²and be provided in spools and can be produced 10000 tag/kg

Adhesive:
The adhesive used on this machine is polyvinyl acetate emulsion. Its Brookfield viscosity should be 1600~2800 CP at 25ºC with adhesive, 70000 bags can be produced.
